SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What You Need to Know
We have tried to make delivery charges as fair and as low as possible, we offer a 2 day service at £3.99, this becomes free when you spend £100. Our second option is a 24HR Service that is £4.99 and becomes free at £150.
The final option is a free local drop-off service for Burton-On-Trent and surrounding areas. If you are not sure if you class as local, please contact us below. As a guide we will do all of the Burton Postcodes, Swadlincote, Measham, Newhall, The North side of Tamworth such as Elford and surrounding villages and up to the closest side of Derby.
We do not offer weekend delivery at this point due to unrealistic costs therefore if you order a 24 on friday up to around 1pm, you will be likely to get it Monday, any later than that it will likely be Tuesday. Once the package leaves us we have no control how it is managed by the delivery company.If any packaged is received damaged please contact us A.S.A.P so we can help rectify things faster for you. We expect all our parcels to arrive safe and in the condition they left us which has been the case so far, we pack well ensuring that even if its not treated well, you should get it in perfect condition.
The Small Print
Change of Mind
We have a 14 day return policy as required by law, you must email or use the Contact us section as soon as possible after purchase to do so.
If you bought in error, the same applies as it may be easier to cancel without any costs to you or us. Sometimes the order may not have been processed therefore no costs are involved. We endeavour to have low prices so unnecessary postage helps us do that. In this case we will arrange the refund as soon as possible so you get your money back sooner(whilst we will endeavour to get the refund issued as soon as possible it is down to the banks how fast this happens, it is out of our control).
If you have received the goods and decide you do not want them, it will be your responsibility to pay for return costs, and you must ensure that the product arrives at the address in the Contact Us section within a further 14 day period. The goods must be in a new, unused condition for a full refund to be granted. The refund will be given as soon as the product arrives here at the RusteeSkate HQ.
We will endeavour to help wherever we can so if you are unsure of something prior to order, please mail, call, whatsapp, instagram message or messenger the shop. (usual hours are 9-5 Monday to Saturday but you may get a reply later or earlier dependant on circumstances.)
As we are inside of a shopping centre, we have no access to products outside of that time)
You can always drop the goods directly back to the shop at no cost within 14 days of conveying to us your desire to cancel.
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either refund, repair the relevant defect or replace the product once we receive the product back. If you select repair or replace and we are unable to, the customer(you)will be entitled to a full refund upon return of the product to us. We will pay for collection of a damaged item and shipment of repaired or replaced products.
